Our Story
Ojeda Remodeling Services LLC was founded by Juan José Pérez Ojeda on a principle that turned into our motto: quality built, trust earned. Not trust assumed, not trust advertised — earned, one finished room at a time. Nearly all of our work still comes from people who hired us before, or were sent to us by someone who did.
What makes us different is that we're not a general contractor who subcontracts everything out. Tile, plumbing, drywall, flooring, cabinetry, and paint are all handled by our own crew. That's why a bathroom that would take three separate contractors — each waiting on the last — takes one, and why there's a single person accountable when you have a question.
From our home base in Orlando we serve a 40-mile radius across Orange, Seminole, Osceola, Lake, and Polk counties. We build for Florida — the heat, the humidity, and the wind-driven rain that finds every shortcut an installer takes. And we work with our clients in both English and Spanish, from the first estimate to the final walkthrough.
